The Challenge

Experiential marketing events have always had a measurement problem. Brands invest heavily in activations — custom fabrications, on-site experiences, staff, logistics — but walk away with little more than attendance estimates and gut feelings. Our clients needed real data to justify their spend and prove ROI.

My Approach

I built a solution from scratch using Claude Code and AI. The application uses a standard phone camera to monitor the activation space in real time. For each person who enters the frame, it automatically:

  • Counts total attendance and tracks unique visitors
  • Reads and classifies visitor mood (positive, neutral, disengaged)
  • Measures engagement level and records individual dwell time
  • Compiles all data into a branded, shareable client report

No expensive hardware. No third-party platform subscription. Just a purpose-built tool that did exactly what our clients needed.

The Challenge

Our warehouse held a large and constantly changing inventory of custom fabrication materials and branded event assets. Tracking was manual, inconsistent, and invisible to clients — who often needed to know what was available before planning an activation.

My Approach

Using Claude AI and spreadsheet automation, I built an inventory management system that syncs directly to a live web catalog. Clients can view the full inventory in real time, with linked product images, descriptions, and availability — all updated automatically as inventory changes.

The Challenge

AdTech sold craft adhesive products across Amazon, Walmart.com, Michaels, and other major retail platforms. Their listings were underperforming, their social presence was minimal, and their blog generated almost no traffic — but the budget for advertising wasn't growing.

My Approach

A comprehensive eCommerce and content marketing overhaul — rebuilt listings with strategic keywords and A+ content, launched tutorial-driven social content designed to go viral in the maker community, optimized Amazon PPC campaigns, and built an SEO blog from scratch.

My Approach

The Challenge

The Masiello Group operated 38 real estate brokerages and supported several hundred agents across New England under two brand umbrellas — Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate (residential) and SVN (commercial). Corporate marketing needed to maintain brand consistency and support agent-level marketing simultaneously across multiple markets.

My Approach

Developed integrated campaigns spanning digital, print, email, and social. Built templates and materials agents could use consistently across all locations. Implemented SEO and created performance reports and presentations for agents and leadership.
